Shipping & Returns
Part of our items are manufactured and shipped from the USA, and the other part manufactured and shipped from different locations in the EU. This will result in different shipping fees and durations.
Please make sure to check your country's custom tax regulations for global online shopping. The store is not responsible for any custom tax charges.
Due to different manufacturing locations, and different types of items, not all products are shipped together. For example, we don't ship mugs with T-shirts in the same shipment, this is due to different packaging materials needed. In such cases, orders would be split and shipped out in two separate shipments. Also, not all products are shipped from the same country, and shipping partners vary depending on where you are located. Therefore you might see different shipping fees and durations.
Also, please take under consideration that postal services around the world are still trying to overcome shipment overloads due to COVID-19, we would appreciate your patience.
Any issues with an order should be reported no later than within 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date (Estimated arrival date appears in the confirmation email you receive upon finalising purchase). Please stay tuned awaiting your package, and contact us the minute there is a delay.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will not be liable for refund. However, we will be able to reship your parcel, after we have confirmed an updated address with you, and once you've paid the re-shipping fee.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
Returned by Customer - Contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.
Wrong size: We have made sure to supply accurate size charts, please check available size charts well before purchase, no returns for wrong sizes.

However, please keep in mind, international shipping comes with an ecological price, I beg you to be mindful when choosing your product, so that maybe we can avoid unpleasantries and more damage to the environment.
Make sure you double check the available size charts before purchase. Also important to check your country's custom tax policy, to avoid extra charges.
This store is a small operation that was established with the will to spread a positive message in the world, and support education for tolerance and solidarity, so if you chose the wrong size for you, maybe a brother or sister can wear the item instead? :-)
